JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining and be proficient in operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality components. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

SKILLS

• Proficiency in CNC programming and operation, with experience in Mazatrol being a plus.
• Strong understanding of machining principles, including the use of hand tools and tooling setups.
• Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) for precise part specifications.
• Experience with lean manufacturing techniques to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of machining work.

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints, ensuring adherence to GD&T standards.
• Utilize measuring tools such as micrometers and bore gauges to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency through lean manufacturing practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Utilize SolidWorks for design modifications and tooling setups as needed.
