In addition to our great culture, we offer: o A skill-based pay system with opportunities for quarterly bonuses o The chance to work in multiple production areas on a variety of machines o The opportunity to advance in knowledge and experience working with high quality standards o Prospect of advancement and long-term careers in manufacturing CNC Machinist Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities · Ability to set up and operate CNC lathes (multi-spindle, multi-axis) · Ability to set up and operate 3-axis CNC mills · Ability to set up and operate up to 2 lathe or mill machines in a cell · Basic knowledge of GD&T and ability to read engineering drawings · Ability to run production to calculated standards · Ability to use various measuring equipment, including hand-held gages and advanced measuring devices for in process inspections · Strong math and mechanical skills · Ability to read and follow work instructions in a controlled production environment · Good computer skills · Discipline to provide consistent and precise work · Familiarity with quality control systems/software · Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in machining and tooling issues · Ability to work effectively in a Team environment and communicate clearly with others · Be able to collaborate with Engineering Team regarding program difficulties or corrections to operation standards · Ability to manage multiple demands in a professional manner · Must be able to work safely and wear appropriate PPE while working CNC Machinist Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities · Prefer experience with multiple types of controls · Knowledge of robotics is helpful · Knowledge of CMMs helpful · Willingness to learn multiple machine cells Requirements Physical Requirements · Must be able to lift, pull, push or apply force up to 60 lbs. · Frequent bending, stooping, pulling and twisting may be required · Extended periods of standing or walking frequently required · Must have constant free mobility of hands, wrists, and arms; some physical or mechanical dexterity required · Must be able to pass vision testing to see part defects and perform visual inspections · Must be able to hear machines, equipment, and tooling during run Work Schedule and Environment for 2nd Shift CNC Machinists · Work schedule is 4-10s, Monday through Thursday o Second shift hours Monday-Thursday 4:15 p.m. – 2:45 a.m. o OT offered on Friday and Saturdays depending on workload and customer demand · CNC Machinist work is conducted on the production floor around large CNC machines. · OUR SHOP IS TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED AND CLEAN! Responsibilities

Set up and operate multi-axis CNC lathes and 3-axis CNC mills to produce tight tolerance aerospace components. Perform in-process inspections using various measuring devices and collaborate with engineering to resolve program difficulties.
