Description $20/hour+ | Monday–Friday | Evening / Night Shift | Lexington, SC Location: 193 Litton Drive, Lexington, SC 29073 Schedule: 5:00 PM-1:30 AM (30-minute lunch) Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person Sorinex Exercise Equipment is hiring a CNC Lathe Operator / CNC Machinist / Swiss Machine Operator in Lexington, SC. This full-time night shift manufacturing role involves operating CNC lathes, Swiss machines, and precision machining equipment to produce high-quality parts for fitness equipment manufacturing. This position is ideal for candidates with experience as a CNC operator, CNC machinist, lathe operator, Swiss machine operator, or precision machining technician. What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC lathes, Swiss machines, and precision machining equipment Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, setup sheets, and work instructions Load and unload raw materials and manage material handling and part flow Perform CNC machining operations to produce precision parts from various materials Use precision tools including calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify tolerances Operate CNC controls including Fanuc, Haas, and Okuma systems Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments, offsets, and tool changes Maintain production schedules and machining efficiency targets Record production data, inspection results, and work order documentation Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and preventative upkeep Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing SOPs Support team production goals in a fast-paced machining environment What We're Looking For Experience as a CNC machinist, CNC lathe operator, or Swiss machine operator required Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and setup sheets Experience with precision machining and tight tolerance work preferred Familiarity with CNC controls (Fanuc, Haas, Okuma) a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a manufacturing environment Physical Requirements Lift, carry, push and/or pull 1-50 lbs frequently Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, crawl, twist/turn, grasp, and reach overhead and outward frequently Sit, stand, and walk for 1-10 hours per day Work in a fast-paced industrial environment wearing hearing protection, eye protection, steel-toed shoes, and other appropriate protective clothing Benefits 401(k) with company match Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off Requirements Experience: CNC Lathe: 2+ years (preferred) CNC Programming: 2+ years (preferred)
