OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in operating CNC lathes and related machinery. This role involves precision machining of components, ensuring quality standards are met, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our production processes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Operator or in a similar machining role.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Familiarity with Fanuc controls and programming is preferred.
  • Experience with machining processes, including milling machines, is advantageous.
  • Ability to work with various hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments such as calipers.
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC lathe machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
  • Setup and Operate CNC Wire EDM Machines
  • Setup and Operate CNC and Conventional Gear Machines
  • Set up and adjust machine tools, including calipers and power tools, for optimal performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
  • Assemble components as required and ensure adherence to quality control standards.
  • Utilize hand tools and forklifts safely to move materials and finished products within the facility.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement lean manufacturing practices for improved efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of production processes and report any discrepancies or concerns.
