If you’re looking for a career to grow and excel, apply now! Who we are looking for: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Lathe Operator to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will set up, operate, and maintain CNC lathes and Swiss machines to produce high-quality precision parts from a variety of materials. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, a solid understanding of blueprint reading, and the ability to follow setup sheets and standardized manufacturing processes. Operate and manage CNC lathes and Swiss machines to perform precise machining operations on various materials. Read, interpret, and apply blueprints, engineering drawings, and setup sheets. Load and unload raw materials, sort and organize parts, and ensure efficient material handling. Monitor machine performance, make basic adjustments, and perform tool changes as needed. Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify part quality and adherence to tolerances. Operate CNC control panels, including Fanuc, Haas, and Okuma systems. Maintain production schedules and achieve daily efficiency targets. Document production data, work orders, and inspection results accurately. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal machine performance. Follow all safety protocols and standardized operating procedures. Adapt to changing priorities and support team goals. Follow standardized documentation and processes to ensure consistent accuracy and efficiency. Perform all other duties as assigned.
