Description Responsibilities Include: - Set up, operate, and maintain operations on one or more CNC controlled machines according to WSP production standards. - Optimizing existing processes to achieve or exceed production expectations. - Make necessary adjustments to set-up, tool wear offsets, etc. - Perform preventative maintenance and quality inspections accordingly. - Ensures compliance with safety procedures and practices good housekeeping. Machine Types Include CNC Lathe/Turning Machines: Swiss, Okuma, Miyano, Wasino, Fuji, Okuma, Muratec, Fanuc Controls. Requirements - 2-5+ years of CNC basic operation experience (on the job experience - minimum of 1 year 5axis experience required) - Workable understanding of basic machining knowledge (turning, drilling, milling, grinding, knurling, etc.) - Workable understand of gage/measurement knowledge (micrometer, comparator, etc.) - Ability to read and interpret blueprints. - Ability to stand on feet 100% of the while twisting, turning, reaching, bending, climbing, pulling, & pushing. - Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
