With over four decades of excellence and a reputation as a global leader, we offer more than just a job—we offer a career path in a supportive, high-performance environment. 💼 What You’ll Do As a CNC Lathe Set-Up Machinist, you’ll be responsible for: Setting up and operating 3, 4 & 5 axis CNC machining centers (HAAS & FANUC) Performing in-process checks and precision inspections Reading and interpreting blueprints, routers, and set-up sheets Making offsets, edge-breaking, and tool checks as needed Communicating issues and improvement ideas to supervisors Maintaining clean, organized workspaces and following safety protocols 🧰 What You Bring Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience (4 & 5 axis) Proficiency with HAAS machines and FANUC controls Strong blueprint reading and precision measuring skills Your own set-up tools (required) Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-oriented shop 🕒 Schedule & Pay Temp-to-Hire | Monday–Friday 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM Pay: $22–$25/hour (DOE) 🎯 Why Join Us?
