Tru-Tech Precision is seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with lathe, proficient in programming, setup operating CNC machines.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in programming and operating CNC lathes
• Experience with Mastercam software
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Set up, program, and operate CNC lathe machines
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files
• Program CNC machines using Mastercam software
• Perform quality control checks and maintain precision tolerances
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies
