JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Minder to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation of CNC machinery, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of fabrication processes, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work with various materials and tools. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse environment and possess skills / knowldge of CAD related software,

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in CNC machining or similar fabrication roles.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, including SolidWorks, is highly desirable.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools effectively.
  • Previous warehouse experience is beneficial, including materials handling and tooling knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery and perform basic troubleshooting as needed.
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications to fabricate components accurately.
  • Utilise hand tools and equipment for assembly and materials handling tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure production targets are met while maintaining safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in the training of new staff on machine operation and safety protocols.
  • Perform welding tasks as required for assembly processes.
