JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all machined parts meet stringent quality standards. This role involves operating CNC machinery, interpreting technical drawings, and collaborating with other team members to produce high-quality products efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar machining role.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Familiarity with quality control processes and standards in manufacturing.
  • Experience with press brake machines and other fabrication tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a warehouse environment with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of welding techniques is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining safety standards in the workplace.

Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC machines to fabricate components according to specifications.
  • Interpret and analyze technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining processes.
  • Conduct quality control checks using calipers and other measuring tools to ensure precision.
  • Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Utilize hand tools and machinery such as press brake machines for additional fabrication tasks.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to improve production processes and product designs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Assist in training new operators on machinery operation and safety protocols.
