SWING SHIFT: 3PM - 11PM, M-F

· CNC Machinist with 2+ years of experience highly desired but will consider candidates with a recent degree or certification training program.
· Experience with aerospace AS9100 quality management systems.
· Will load, fixture, operate, monitor, and adjust CNC machines, fixtures and tooling to produce high quality components.
· Set up and run CNC programs to complete production runs and verify parts through inspection process.
· Monitor and maintain the CNC machines and tooling used.
· Take ownership of quality from raw material through final product, to include but not limited to de-burring, tumbling, and cleaning as required.
· Perform quality in-process inspection of parts and components
· This position requires attention to detail, the ability to take accurate measurements, follow instructions and read and interpret blueprints, drawings, measurements, manuals, etc.
· Maintain proper machine operating parameters to include but not limited to appropriate coolant levels and concentrations daily
· Recognize maintains issues and safety concerns.
· Perform manual mill operations.
· Read and interpret prints, routings, layouts, and related documents to produce component parts that meet design specifications to satisfy company quality standards.
· Perform various machine functions such as turning, drilling, reaming, threading.
· Troubleshoot some machine and tooling problems and correct and adjust as necessary with assistance.
Maintain safety and quality standards using acceptable housekeeping practices on equipment and work area.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
