Familiar with production processes and understands job packet documents * Must possess the ability to perform in-process measurements and keep parts in statistical process control * Responsible for machine daily maintenance checks and scheduled preventative maintenance * Must be able perform and manage multiple tasks and/or priorities and easily adapt to changing situations * Perform a variety of general maintenance & shop work, work flexible hours as needed and handle additional tasks as assigned; * Responsible to maintain a clean and orderly work area * Adhere to Employee’s responsibilities outlined in Cygnus’ Health & Safety Policy Required Experience * Qualified applicants must possess general shop skills and experiences; * Knowledge of machining techniques and methods; * High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate); * Additional Vo-Tech or Technical school training and previous manufacturing experience required; * Frequent lifting or moving of materials up to 50 lbs.; * Ability to stand for long periods of time, work in a manufacturing shop environment (hot, cold and/or noisy areas); * Frequent hand to finger movement & repetitiveness, handle, feel objects & tools, walking, sitting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, talking and hearing ADA Disclaimer: Cygnus Manufacturing Company (CMC) will make reasonable accommodations in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Responsibilities

Operate advanced CNC horizontal and vertical machining centers and lathes to produce high-quality precision components. Perform in-process measurements, conduct daily machine maintenance, and ensure parts meet exact specifications.
