Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Salary: $28 - $33
Schedule: Afternoon Shift

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical activities including standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
• Work in both a non-climate-controlled shop and a climate-controlled office.
• Exposure to machinery noise and fluctuating temperatures.

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and gear-cutting machines.
• Install tooling and follow program instructions for efficient machine setup.
• Load appropriate part programs and make adjustments as needed.
• Monitor machine operations, inspect parts, and ensure conformance to specifications using precision measuring tools.
• Maintain accurate production data in the ERP system.
• Assist with machine maintenance and collaborate with other departments.
• Interpret and work from blueprints.
• Follow ISO procedures and contribute to quality and environmental standards.
