JOB DESCRIPTION

JessEm Tool Company manufacturers some of the highest quality wood working products on the market. When we invented the Router Lift in 1999, little did we know that it would create a whole new category in the woodworking industry and that it would be credited as one of the top innovations in our industry in the past 25 years.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

· Experience using CNC Mills and Lathes
· Experience using measuring devices
· Minimum Grade 12 Education or equivalent
· Forklift License an asset

· Change over machined parts on mills and lathes
· Verify Dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments (e.g., Depth Gauge, Micrometer, Vernier, Calipers)
· Maintaining quality control checks on all finished parts (specific attention to detail)
· Maintain a clean work environment
· Machine maintenance (refill coolant, top up lubricants, fill out proper worksheets)
· Able to work efficiently on your own as well as a in a group
