Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining, programming, and quality control. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components while adhering to safety and production standards. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to read blueprints effectively.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in CNC programming and operation, including experience with CNC milling machines and CNC lathes.
  • Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLC) and CAM programming.
  • Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles.
  • Experience with hand tools, fabrication techniques, and tooling setups.
  • Ability to operate forklift equipment safely within the factory environment.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with an understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD software for design purposes.
  • Knowledge of welding processes is a plus but not required.
  • Background in quality control practices within a manufacturing setting.
