POSITION SUMMARY:

The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, programming, and operating machinery to saw, cut, shear, slit, drill, punch, crimp, notch, bend, or straighten metal components. This role requires experience with overhead cranes, part expediting, grinding, and related tasks. Employees must be capable of occasionally lifting materials weighing up to 75 lbs.
This is a first-shift position with flexible start times—employees can choose to begin their shift at 5, 6, or 7 a.m. The work schedule consists of four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday. Fridays are split between mandatory and voluntary hours; employees may also opt to alternate working every other Friday. There are no weekend shifts.
