Plas-Tech Thermoforming Limited are looking for a CNC Machine Operator to work Nights within a busy factory environment. Experience of operating 5 axis CNC machinery & bandsaws is preferred. A Reach forklift licence is also advantageous.
You will be working as part of an established shift to detailed specifications and works orders.

· Follow all health & safety guidelines ensuring safety for themselves and others.
· Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working area, at all times, through regular routines and adhering to housekeeping policies & procedures.
· Maintain compliance with the companies QMS by following the company quality procedures.
· Setting up machines in accordance with procedure so they are ready to be used.
· Carry out & record 1st off and last off as per quality procedure (Subject to training level).
· Carry out and record quality checks as stated on Works Orders in line with specification requirements.
· Ensure specifications are adhered to at, all times.
· Ensuring all paperwork is filled out correctly, neatly and is maintained in a quality state pending sign off.
· Report any problems or issues to either Lead Operator or Team Leader
