Job Title: CNC Machine Operator Location: Cocoa Beach, FL Pay Range: $24–$26 per hour Job Type: Contract to Hire Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled Machine Operator for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Cocoa Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery, including any of the following: Plasma Burn Table, Water Jet, Drill Line, Angle Line, Shear, Press Brake, and Plate Processor. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can manage multiple tasks, work independently, and effectively communicate with team members to support production goals. \n Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain CNC machinery such as Plasma Burn Table, Water Jet, Drill Line, etc. Read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints Use common measuring tools and perform shop arithmetic (including decimals and fractions) Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion Manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience working with CNC downloads Proficiency in reading shop drawings/blueprints Computer literate with basic technical troubleshooting skills Ability to use standard measuring tools (e.g., tape measure) Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills High School Diploma or GED required Valid Driver’s License required \n
