Responsibilities Set up CNC mills, lathes, and mill-turn machines (tooling, offsets, calibration, program loading). Run production jobs, check quality, and adjust for accuracy. Move quickly to the next setup, keeping machines productive. Read and interpret blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T specs. Perform first article inspections and hold tight aerospace tolerances. Troubleshoot programs, tooling, and equipment. Work with engineering and production teams to improve efficiency. Requirements Qualifications 5+ years CNC machining experience (2+ years CNC setup required). Strong G-code and M-code programming skills (Mazatrol a plus). Ability to read blueprints and apply GD&T. Aerospace/defense machining experience (AS9100, ITAR) preferred. Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused. Relocation to Oneida, NY required before start date.
