ABOUT THE ROLE:
The CNC Machine Set Up Operator plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process by setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications to ensure that products meet quality standards. Operators will be responsible for monitoring machine performance, making adjustments as necessary, and performing routine maintenance to keep equipment in optimal condition. The end result of this role is to contribute to the efficient production of high-quality products that meet customer specifications and deadlines.
