Job Title: CNC Machine Specialist/Technician

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Machine Specialist/Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in CNC machine setup and operation, with a focus on implementing and optimizing manufacturing processes for the production of high-quality components. This is a hands-on role in a dynamic environment where precision and continuous improvement are key.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening)
• Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Set up and operate CNC machines for precision machining operations
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications
• Determine machining steps and operational sequences
• Analyze and simulate tool paths using machine software
• Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining and quality-related issues
• Continuously re-optimize tool paths, speeds, and feeds for best performance
