JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in operating CNC machinery. This role involves fabricating precision parts and components, ensuring adherence to specifications, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the production process.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong understanding of machining processes, including basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
  • Familiarity with programming languages used in CNC operations.
  • Experience with GD&T, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to read technical documents is essential.
  • Knowledge of plastics injection molding processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as CMM for quality assurance.

Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to engineering specifications.
  • Interpret technical drawings and blueprints, applying GD&T principles as necessary.
  • Perform programming of CNC equipment for optimal machining processes.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Utilize Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for quality control and inspection of finished products.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot machining issues and implement solutions.
  • Fabricate components using various techniques, including plastics injection molding and electrical discharge machining (EDM).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
