Requirements What You’ll Do Own the Floor: Set up, program, and operate Haas vertical/horizontal machining centers and turning centers Program with Precision: Use G&M code and Mastercam to transform complex designs into reality Create with Confidence: Select tooling, develop machining processes, and maintain tolerances to ±0.005" Inspect Like a Pro: Conduct quality checks and document results with accuracy Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with engineers and teammates to improve processes and solve challenges Stay Sharp: Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace What You Bring 2–3 years of CNC machining experience (Haas preferred) Strong G&M code programming skills CAM experience (Mastercam preferred) Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T Knowledge of tooling, feeds, and speeds for various materials Solid inspection and measurement skills Education & Requirements High school diploma or GED required Journeyman or 2-year technical degree preferred Strong math skills (geometry, trigonometry) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks Shift Details Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (or similar) Work-Life Balance: Your evenings and weekends are yours Pay: Competitive, based on experience Why You’ll Love It Here Work with a skilled, supportive team Tackle exciting, high-impact projects Access professional development and training Be part of a culture that values safety, quality, and innovation Work Environment You’ll operate in a dynamic shop environment with CNC machines, forklifts, overhead cranes, and occasional outdoor projects.
