NETZSCH Pumps USA is looking for a motivated, experienced CNC Machinist for their Exton, PA facility on the 1st shift. This position is responsible for the operating and programming of Mazak CNC mill/turns using Mazatrol, CNC Saw, and manual equipment.

NETZSCH has been developing, producing and distributing positive displacement pumps worldwide for more than 70 years. The CNC Machinist 2 will complete the following duties among others:

  • Set up, operate, and maintain various CNC machines, including mills and lathes
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
  • Perform quality checks and ensure parts meet required tolerances and specifications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to minimize downtime
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols
  • Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of materials and tools
  • Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and related equipment

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification in CNC machining preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist in a shop environment.
  • Proficiency in operating CNC machines, including mills and lathes
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints with accuracy
  • Expertise in using precision measuring instruments and quality control techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
