Essential Job Duties: Set up all repeat jobs that are fully documented, ensuring consistency and adherence to established procedures. Run first-piece parts to meet print specifications and validate setup accuracy. Program CNC machines and perform edits to optimize performance and part quality. Conduct manual inspections of parts using inspection sheets and established criteria. Read and interpret blueprints at a medium to high level, applying inspection protocols and completing required documentation. Apply knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to ensure precision and compliance with tolerances. Operate multiple machines simultaneously within a production cell to maximize efficiency. Utilize advanced shop math, including trigonometry and geometry, to support machining operations and problem-solving. Mentor and train operators to promote skill development and consistency in repetitive tasks. Perform additional duties as assigned to support production and team objectives.
