You will play a direct role in producing critical rail components by setting up, running, and maintaining CNC equipment while meeting strict quality and production standards. Requirements In this position, you will operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines, interpret technical drawings and machining code, and make adjustments as needed to ensure consistent, high-quality output. You will inspect parts, identify machining issues, and resolve them efficiently to keep production moving. Success in this role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to take ownership of your work without constant oversight. Primary Duties Include: Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to manufacture rail products Interpret blueprints, schematics, and G-code to ensure proper machining Perform quality checks, troubleshoot problems, and adjust programs as needed Use hand tools and shop equipment to support daily production goals We are looking for a CNC Machinist with demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial setting.
