We are in search of a CNC Machinist to join our team based at our Rutherford facility.
This role will operate and program CNC machines, ensuring high-quality production in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Trade qualification (preferred but not essential)

• Operate and program CNC machines (mills, lathes, or multi-axis) to produce high-precision parts.
• Ensure that all jobs are completed according to the quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain production schedules, manage workloads, and optimize machining processes.
• Troubleshoot any machining issues and provide solutions promptly.
• Oversee machine maintenance, safety procedures, and tool management.
• Provide training and skill development for team members.
