JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machinery and possess the ability to fabricate precision components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with proficiency in operating CNC machinery.
• Familiarity with Hurcos is preferred.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and techniques.
• Experience using hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of MasterCam programming is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Work Location: In perso

• Operate CNC machines, including milling machines, to produce high-quality components.
• Conversationally program directly at Hurco controllers, or using MasterCam
• Perform inspections using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines.
• Fabricate parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.
