Job Summary The CNC Machinist produces machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine and is responsible for maintaining part quality, safety standards & company equipment's. RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITY & AUTHORITY:- * Follow all safety rules and policies provided by NOV. * Produce/Machine threaded Connections & parts as per the provided drawing and program. * Inspect and verify that each thread & part is generated as per the provided specification. * Follow all the guidelines provided by the Superintendent. * Maintain a neat and dean working environment. * Responsible for all company equipment's care, use, and protection. Know, understand, and follow all company and department safety rules. * Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Perform other duties as assigned by Superintendent. * Perform job duties accurately and responsibly. Verify part and work order. Qualifications (Education/No. of Years of Experience) :- * Industrial / Manufacturing Diploma post-High School or vocational training courses in mechanical engineering with 2 years of experience. * Work experience in Turner, Machinist, and Fitter trades. * Experience in the following CNC Manchines: * DMU 80-125-160 * Mazak Machines (ST450, STN500/550M), * Oil & Gas experience in the manufacturing field. Skills, Training, special knowledge, and/or Language skills:- * Candidate must be familiar with operating a CNC machine, on Rotatory Shoulder Connections (API, Grant Prideco, Tenaris, Vam, etc.) and HWDP (Drill pipe, Drill Collars, and Drill Stem Components).
