JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with CNC programming and operation. This role involves setting up and operating CNC machines, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring the production of high-quality parts that meet specifications.

SKILLS

  • Proficient in CNC programming, mill and lathe.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex machinery.
  • Experience with SolidWorks and CAD software for design interpretation.
  • Ability to read blueprints accurately and apply that knowledge in a manufacturing setting.
  • Familiarity with basic math principles relevant to machining processes.
  • Hands-on experience with machining techniques, including assembly and welding.
  • Competence in using calipers, hand tools, power tools, and forklift operation.

  • Set up and operate CNC lathes and CNC milling machines according to specifications.
  • Interpret and read blueprints and CAD drawings to determine machining operations.
  • Perform CNC programming using Fanuc controls and other relevant software.
  • Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers to ensure accuracy in machining processes.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement lean manufacturing practices for efficiency.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment as needed for assembly tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
