Description Middleville Engineered Solutions, LLC. is looking for a versatile CNC Machinist who takes pride in technical precision and operational ownership. This isn’t a "button-pusher" role; you will be responsible for the full lifecycle—from setup and programming in MasterCam to verifying final tolerances. Beyond standard milling, you will be the lead operator for our Wire EDM and Water Jet equipment, offering a level of variety and technical challenge rarely found in a single shop. Why Join Our Team? Key Responsibilities Advanced Setup & Operation: Perform full setups (indicating, edge finding, and tool building) and inspect components without assistance. Programming & Optimization: Use MasterCam to write new programs and modify existing ones to improve cycle times and tool life. Multi-Machine Management: Monitor and run multiple CNC Mills simultaneously when necessary to meet production goals. Precision Standards: Interpret complex part prints, CAD data, and color codes to ensure every detail meets strict tolerances. Requirements Experience: 2+ years of CNC Machining (Milling) is required. Software: Proven proficiency in MasterCam programming. Machinery: Experience with Wire EDM and Water Jet is a major asset (or a strong desire to master them). Experience with OKK Mills is a plus. Mindset: A "quality-first" approach with a strong record of attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

The role involves the full lifecycle of CNC machining, including advanced setup, programming new and existing parts using MasterCam, and monitoring multiple CNC Mills to meet production goals. Responsibilities also include leading the operation of Wire EDM and Water Jet equipment while ensuring all components meet strict tolerances.
