We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team under the supervision of our production manager. As a CNC machinist, you’ll play a pivotal role in executing complex machining operations using lathe machines.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Technical diploma in CNC machining or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrate between 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role;
  • Bilingual proficiency in both French and English, with advanced ability to read and interpret English work instructions;
  • Strong understanding of CNC operations, G-code, and M-code;
  • Availability for the evening shift (3:15 PM - 11:15 PM)- with 2$ premium !
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
    The knowledge of the English language is required to interpret instructions and technical requirements from the customer, which may be provided in English only.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and set-up CNC machines;
  • Loading and unloading of materials;
  • Read and interpret work instructions from blueprints, manufacturing process sheets, etc.;
  • Loading of a program into CNC machine and ensuring optimal machine performance;
  • Monitor the operation of the machine to ensure proper program performance;
  • Maintain tight tolerances and ensure all parts meet strict aerospace standards;
  • Verify conformity of machined parts using instruments such as micrometers and calipers;
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery.
