WHAT YOU BRING (REQUIREMENTS)

We’re looking for someone who’s not just skilled, but dependable, motivated, and takes ownership of their craft.
Technical Skills
*
Proven experience as a CNC Machinist.
*
Skilled in programming and setting up CNC machinery, tooling, and precision measurement instruments.
*
Comfortable reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and documentation, including GD&T.
*
Computer savvy, with an understanding of basic programming; experience with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
*
Mechanical aptitude and strong math skills.
*
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certificate or diploma in a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

You’ll be part of the hands-on crew that keeps production moving—working on machines, collaborating with teammates, and making sure every finished part lives up to our quality expectations.

Program and set up CNC machines for High-Mix, Low-Volume runs and monitor quality during operation.
*
Load raw materials and components into CNC machines with care and attention to detail.
*
Make adjustments as needed to keep parts within spec and maintain consistent quality.
*
Operate manual machines such as mills, lathes, surface grinders, and bandsaws to machine precision parts.
*
Collaborate with the engineering team to improve part designs and optimize manufacturability.
*
Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure they meet blueprint requirements.
*
Perform daily machine checks and maintenance to keep machines running smoothly.
*
Follow all safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
