CNC Programmer/Operator with knowledge of 5 axis Heidenhein or 3 axis Fanuc controls.

• Program and Operate 3 or 5 axis CNC Milling Machines using machines programming system or Hypermill
• Read blueprint designs and set machines to produce components
• Capable of programming and producing complex parts
• Verify accuracy of machined components
• Utilize any company provided tools with care and proper housekeeping (ex. micrometers, calipers, indicators, etc.)
• Develop peer relationships to ensure quality of work.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work with limited supervision while staying on task to meet deadlines.

Useful skills:

• 5+ years of 5 axis CNC programing and operating milling machines
• Experience working with a Heidenhain or HAAS machine controls an asset
• 2-3+ years CAD / CAM programming experience
• Excellent communication skills and quality assurance are required
