REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years CNC machining experience in production environment
• CNC programming proficiency (G-code, CAM software preferred)
• Ability to read technical drawings and GD&T
• Experience with precision measurement tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Multiple CNC control systems experience
• CAM software experience (Mastercam, SolidCAM, PowerMill, Fusion 360)
• Aerospace, medical, or high-precision manufacturing background

• Set up, operate, and program CNC machines (3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis)
• Create and modify CNC programs using various control systems (Fanuc, Siemens, Mazak, Okuma)
• Work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and 3D models
• Perform quality inspections and troubleshoot machining processes
• Collaborate on process optimization and continuous improvement
