We just purchased a new OKK KCV 1000 and Matsuura MX520 to keep up with demand and need another skilled mill machinist/programmer to keep our machines at full capacity.

What you will be working on:

• Programming and machining high precision CNC workpieces.
• Software is Fusion 360.
• Your machine is a 2024 OKK KCV 1000, 2022 Matsuura MX520, 2014 Haas UMC750, 2011 Haas VF6, or Kitamura Mycenter-4.
• Materials are 60% aluminum, 30% stainless steel, 10% plastics, titanium, steel.
• We are Programmer/Machinists, we have no operators. You get to own your work from programming to inspection. (though we do have an excellent inspection team)

Brass Tacks Requirements:

• Experience programming CNC mills with Fusion 360 and G-Code.
• Setting up jobs, making fixtures.
• Inspecting parts using hand tools.
• Experience with 5 axis is a major plus.
• Ability to run jobs with minimal supervision.
• Desire to learn and train/assist others.
• Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally.
• Excellent attendance and ability to work overtime and weekends as necessary.
• Monday - Friday 7 AM-3:30 PM

The long format:
Langills is a prototyping and small batch production machining facility. We machine everything from helicopter engine parts to robotic submarine components, with lots of simple walk-in customer repair jobs in between. Usual batch sizes for us are between 1-20 pieces.
We just purchased a new OKK KCV 1000 and Matsuura MX520 to keep up with demand and need another top gun to keep all of our machines at full capacity. We are switched from programming in Gibbscam to Fusion 360 so Fusion experience is highly desirable.
We have an amazing team of machinists, all of whom are also programmers. Many on our team have been with the company 20+ years, and the majority have been with us for 10+ years. Our employee turnover is low as we treat our people well and promote training and growth.
