CNC Machinist (Lathe) – Coupling Production $24/HR | 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM) Wheatland, PA Revere Staffing is looking for Coupling CNC Operators to support a high-production manufacturing facility in Wheatland, PA. This is a hands-on CNC Lathe role focused on machining precision couplings used in industrial applications. What You Bring 3+ years of CNC Lathe experience (preferred) Experience with setups, tooling changes, and offsets Strong experience with precision measuring tools: Calipers, micrometers, thread gauges Ability to read blueprints and hold tight tolerances Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting ability Work Environment Industrial manufacturing facility Exposure to machinery, noise, oils, and production materials PPE required at all times Physical Requirements Standing for extended periods Lifting up to 45 lbs occasionally Frequent use of hands, reaching, and bending Why This Role $24/hour starting pay 1st shift schedule (6 AM – 2 PM) Consistent, full-time hours Long-term opportunity with a growing manufacturer What You’ll Do Operate CNC Lathe machines to produce precision couplings Perform machine setup and tear-down (tooling, inserts, offsets) Make adjustments to maintain production and quality standards Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and thread gauges Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications Modify or input pre-set CNC programs as needed Perform routine machine maintenance Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Communicate issues with tooling, materials, or equipment Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement savings plan Paid time off (PTO) + paid holidays Paid breaks Hands-on machinist role (setups, tooling, adjustments – not just operator work) Stable, full-time work environment Long-term opportunity with a busy production facility Opportunity for growth into higher-level machinist roles
