JOB SUMMARY:

As a CNC Machinists - Setter / Operator at Pentaxia, you will play a critical role in our production team by setting up CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and accuracy. You will work with advanced machinery, including CMS and HAAS machines, to set up jobs, prove out programs, and ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently.
This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive pay and available overtime.

Responsibilities
  • Ability to set up CNC machines and prove out programmes.
  • Ensure machines are calibrated and running to optimum performance.
  • Interpret internal setup sheets and apply relevant setups.
  • Ability to work at fast pace.
  • Experience with Fanuc control systems and milling operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • An ability to work effectively as a team across all departments.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to precision.
  • Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor adjustments.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve production goals.
