Responsibilities
  • Precision Manufacturing – Produce components to exact specifications using detailed step by step guides.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to keep production flowing smoothly.
  • Take ownership of your personal growth - identifying any training needs to enhance your skills.
  • Be flexible - taking on other duties when needed to meet the needs of the business.
  • Keeping Production on Track – Progress your work in line with the production schedule, helping us deliver on time, every time.
  • Quality at Every Stage – Complete all production documentation to the required quality standards and confirm that finished parts meet exacting specifications.
  • Skilled Measurement & Inspection – Confidently use tools such as micrometres, calipers, dial indicators, and gauges to maintain exceptional accuracy.
  • Innovation Support – Assist with the introduction of exciting new products, ensuring a smooth and efficient NPI process.
  • Safe & Sustainable Practices – Maintain a safe working environment by following best practice in ergonomics, safety equipment use, and hygiene—and support our sustainability goals by promoting environmentally friendly practices and completing required ESH training.
