Requirements Key Responsibilities Evaluate parts and determine machining requirements. Select appropriate tooling and manufacturing methods. Program CNC 3/4/5 axis machines. Operate manual equipment (saws, lathes, grinders, sanders). Set up tooling and fixturing as needed. Design fixtures, jaws, and inspection gauges. Run production jobs from single pieces to high-volume batches. Inspect dimensions at the machine and collaborate with quality teams. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications Associate’s degree in Machine Tool Technology or 1+ years machining experience. Proficiency in Mastercam and/or Surfcam preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, including GD&T. Strong computer skills (Excel, Outlook). Technical aptitude, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
