JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machinery and possess the technical expertise to produce high-quality precision parts. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Vertical CNC Mill, CNC lathes, print reading and GD&T (Geometric dimension and tolerance)
  • Experience in milling/cutting, aluminum, plastic, and tool steel
  • Experience in maintaining foundry tooling (vents, and ejector pins)
  • Experience in Mastercam CAD/CAM Software
  • Manual machining experience: Bridgeport mill and engine lathe
  • Mechanical/mechanic ability
  • Have the ability to troubleshoot and adapt to fast paced schedules

Responsibilities

  • A variety of work (CNC Programing, Custom welded fabrications, Steele tube bending, and General machining and lots more!)
  • Craft thrilling components such as boat motors, turbo and superchargers, as well as parts for tractors, excavators, and cutting-edge medical equipment

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and machining processes.
  • Set up and operate CNC lathes and other precision machinery to manufacture components.
  • Program CNC machines using Mastercam and CAD software, ensuring adherence to GD&T standards.
  • Utilize precision measuring instruments, such as calipers and micrometers, to verify dimensions and tolerances.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $62,475.00 - $80,475.00 per year
