Due to exponential growth, NEPEAN Engineering are seeking experienced CNC Machinists to join the workshop team for immediate starts.
An exciting opportunity exists to pilot our Mazak Integrex 5-Axis Mill Turn Centre.

DOES THE BELOW SOUND LIKE YOU?

We are looking for candidates with the following capabilities and skills:

  • A background in precision component CNC machining
  • Sound knowledge of Mazatrol, Heidenhain or Fanuc controls an advantage.
  • CAD/CAM experience is an advantage.
  • Experience with Power mill is an advantage.
  • Attention to detail and pride in your work
  • The ability to work in a team environment.
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Rights to work in Australia.

Responsibilities
  • Programming, setting up and machining of one-off and production components.
  • Showing your versatility across a wide range of machines and precision measuring tools as required
  • Review factory orders and drawings to determine job specifications and requirements.
  • Inspect and measure products to ensure that they meet quality standards
