Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful parts professionals. Primary Responsibilities: * Apply safe working methods * Set-up, operate, and adjust various CNC machines * Machine to OEM specifications maintaining tight tolerances * Perform a variety of associated functions to maintain continuous operation of the machines * Operate overhead cranes/jib cranes, grinders, hand tools, and precision measurement tools * Maintain required job skills and knowledge requirements * Maintain work area, equipment, and all documents/records to be audit ready at all times * Collaborates with team members in the creation, implementation, and training of standard work procedures * Perform other job-related tasks as assigned Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Technical school or certification in related discipline preferred * 3-5 years as a CNC machinist or Manual Machinist * Use of fine motor skills * Use of hand tools * Work in awkward positions and in tight spaces including forward reach, lateral reach, squat, overhead reaching, twisting, and forward head and rotation of neck * Must be able to lift 50 pounds * Computer skills * Ability to read prints and use gauges for quality inspection Why Join the Cleveland Brothers Team * Market Leading Benefits Package: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, short- and long-term disability, health savings account, PTO, Profit Sharing Account. * Advancement: Take your career to the next level with a dynamic organization that wants to see you succeed!
