POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a a skilled CNC Machinist (Set-Up)to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a CNC Machinist in aerospace/precision machining.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T; and blueprint reading.
• Proficiency in set-up and operation of 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC machines.
• Experience machining complex parts with tight tolerances.
• Familiarity with AS9100/ISO 9001 quality standards a plus

• Set up and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines for aerospace and defense parts.
• Read, interpret, and apply GD&T; per engineering drawings and specifications.
• Machine small to medium-sized complex components to tight tolerances.
• Perform first-article inspection and in-process checks to ensure quality.
• Troubleshoot machining processes and optimize set-ups for efficiency.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to maintain high standards
