Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Milling CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for programming and operating CNC mills to produce high-quality parts that meet our rigorous standards. You will collaborate with engineers and machinists to ensure precision and efficiency in our manufacturing processes.

SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in CNC programming and operation required ( Must know HAAS)
  • Knowledge of precision measuring instruments for quality control (Caliper, Micrometer, Etc.)
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications and Experience with mill operations
  • Familiarity with tooling equipment and machining processes
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fabrication and assembly tasks

Responsibilities
  • Develop, set-up and optimize CNC milling programs (Fanuc, Haas and Okuma controls)
  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to create accurate machining instructions.
  • Set up and operate CNC mills for production runs, including tool changes, offsets, and fixture setup.
  • Conduct test runs and adjust programs to ensure optimal performance and part quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machine issues to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor and inspect parts for adherence to specifications and tolerances.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of programs, setup sheets, and process changes.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and efficiency.
