PAY:

• Days: £17.00 – £20.00 per hour (DOE)
• Nights: £20.00 – £24.00 per hour (DOE)

  We’re hiring experienced CNC Millers to join established teams across multiple sites. You’ll be working on high-precision 3- and 5-axis machines using Heidenhain or Siemens controls. Whether you’re a skilled machinist looking for a steady role or a Siemens programmer ready to step into leadership, we have opportunities for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Programming, setting, and operating 3- and 5-axis CNC milling machines
• Interpreting detailed engineering drawings to manufacture high-precision components
• Creating full-cycle programs using Heidenhain or Siemens controls
• Working with a variety of materials to tight tolerances
• Performing quality checks using standard inspection tools
• Supporting continuous improvement and production efficiency

Requirements:

• Proven experience with 3- or 5-axis CNC milling machines
• Confident in programming with either Heidenhain (preferred in some roles) or Siemens (XYZ mills)
• Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings
• Reliable, self-sufficient, and proactive approach to work
• Interest or background in leadership (for Siemens-based foreman-track role)
