AN EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EXPERIENCED CNC MILLER PROGRAMMER / SETTER / OPERATOR (HEIDENHAIN) TO JOIN A WELL-ESTABLISHED COMPANY

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Excellent rates of pay for suitable applicants (Up to £21.50 per hour for standard hourly rate)
Location: Ringwood, Hampshire BH24.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

All applicants must have the following to be considered for the post.
· A great can-do attitude
· Flexibility with tasks
· Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment running more than 1 CNC machine
· Experience on programming on Heidenhain controls
· Experience in working with a wide range of materials including Exotics
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience within a similar programming role.
You will also need a flexible, friendly and positive approach and have excellent communication skills. (These are very key to the position)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

They are currently looking to recruit a CNC Miller. The position includes the following.
· Programming, setting and running of CNC Mills including 3,4 and 5 axis machines with Heidenhain controls
· Deburring of own work
· Completing process and job packs with new jobs
· Offline programming experience with Mastercam desirable
Working a basic of 40 hrs per week on a Flexi-basis. Monday-Friday with 25 days paid leave plus bank holidays. Pension and profit related bonus scheme also available. Overtime regularly available at 1 ½ standard hourly rate.
