CNC Miller Setter/Operator
Salary: £17.50- £19.50 per hour
Location: Bracknell
Hours: Monday–Friday, Full-Time/Day Shift
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Permanent

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:

  • 3-5 years relevant production experience
  • Experience of Milling operations
  • Previously worked on Matsuura 3/4/5 axis milling machines or similar
  • Fanuc programming editing
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
  • Setting and operating milling machines to required tolerance
  • Use of manual measuring equipment
  • Tool setting on CNC machines
  • Use of Fanuc controls
  • Tapping and Deburring where required
  • Programme proving of new products as and when required
  • Loading and unloading parts onto machines
  • Liaising with the production engineering, design and inspection as required
