REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience operating CNC milling machines (experience with [specific machine brands/software, e.g., Haas, Fanuc, Heidenhain, etc.] is an advantage)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents
• Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Basic understanding of health and safety in a manufacturing environment
• Willingness to work shifts/overtime as required
  Overtime paid at time and a half of basic rate.

• Operate and monitor CNC milling machines in a production environment
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
• Carry out machine setups, tool changes, and offsets as required
• Ensure parts meet quality standards through regular inspection and measurement
• Perform basic maintenance and keep equipment in good working order
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Work closely with the production team to meet schedules and targets
