JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years experience with CAD/CAM.
• At least 5 years of CNC Machining experience.
• Experience with micro precision parts manufacturing.

• Reading, interpreting and/or executing various machining works using CNC Machines.
• Operating and setup up CNC machines.
• Suggest new tooling design & modification to existing tooling when required.
• Prepare and update CNC programs.
• Determine and program size of batches, speed of machine etc.
• Perform machine troubleshooting and periodic preventive maintenance of all machines.
• Check output to ensure consistency with specifications and discard defects.
• Performs cleaning and maintaining of 5S practices.
